Although we may not realize it, many One-Stop Career Center customers suffer from "hidden disabilities"--often learning disabilities or developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Some may have a diagnosis, but others do not. Regardless, One Stop staff need to provide career planning and job search supports to these individual, so here are a few resources.
