An excellent post from Jonathan Degani at Job Mob suggests that the best way to get into a company or organization is to understand the internal dynamics and how most people make their way into that company:
This is particularly true for entry-level positions at larger organizations where there tend to be certain entry points into the company where they are likely to hire from the outside.
