Providing effective job seeker and business services means that we need to stay on top of human resource trends and developments.
From the job seeker perspective, we need to understand how hiring practices are changing, what employers are looking for, and how they are recruiting and retaining staff.
From the business perspective, we need to know what's happening in industries and across businesses so that we can advise our business customers, especially small businesses that may not have access to or time for information on HR developments.
