The U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (ETA), and The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), with co-sponsorship from the Administration for Children and Families of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Office   of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention of the Department of Justice and the Office of Vocational and Adult Education of the U.S. Department of Education, are hosting the Working Collaboratively to Provide Work and Learn Opportunities for Young Adults (18 – 24 years old): A Conference for Teams that Cross Delivery Systems November 14 – 16, 2011 at the Westin Boston Hotel in the waterfront district of Downtown Boston.

This conference is designed to encourage state, local and regional teams from the ten Region One states and jurisdictions to create and maintain collaborative partnerships that provide a continuum of workforce development, education and support services for young adults 18-24 who need occupational skills, work experience and education to connect to career opportunities.
