The Garden State Employment & Training Association (GSETA) is a statewide professional organization formed in response to a statewide need to coordinate the development and implementation of state, regional and national workforce policies.

One of the Association’s projects, its annual Workforce Conference, began in 1982, and is integral in helping GSETA achieve its mission. The conference, which is the largest of its kind in New Jersey, brings together national, state, and local stakeholders of the workforce system. This includes approximately 800 professionals from the fields of education, training, employment, organized labor, economic development, human services, and the private sector, who showcase projects in workforce development and related services. In addition to providing multiple learning opportunities and capacity building, the conference is also used to acknowledge individuals throughout the State of New Jersey who have successfully overcome serious personal barriers to change their lives and begin the journey toward socioeconomic self-sufficiency. Approximately 35 scholarship awards are presented each year to such individuals, with funds raised through the conference.

The Garden State Employment & Training Conference Sponsorship plan includes varying levels so everyone can participate from small organizations to large corporations.  The levels of sponsorship can be found in the downloadable packet listed under Exhibitor/Sponsor Information.

Promote your organization and services at our conference!  With your registration as a Conference Exhibitor you will receive a six foot table, two chairs, electric, and one free registration to all Conference activities and luncheons.  Early registration, setup, and access to the exhibitor only reception is also included for only $to be determined!

Advertise in our Conference Journal!  Your organization will be seen.  We can accommodate three sizes: ¼ page, ½ page and full page.  Prices are $100, $175 and $275 respectively.  Your camera-ready artwork must be submitted with payment by Friday, May 9th, 2008.   Complete and return the downloadable form.
