Call for Speakers will open March 2026 and close May 31, 2026. Accepted proposals will be informed in June. Honorarium request MUST be included in proposal submission.
Sponsorships will open in March and remain open until all spots are filled or September 1, whichever happens first.
Early Bird Registration ($795) will open May 15 and remain open until June 30.
Regular registration ($895) will be open July 1 – August 30.
Late Registration ($995) will be open September 1- October 10. NO HOTEL WILL BE GUARANTEED.
No Hotel Registration ($675) will be available from May 15-September 1, please note that no hotel accommodations will be set for you. A room block is available for those who wish to pay for their stay in Ocean Resorts (available on registration website after registration opens)
